Montana Coalition to Prevent Double Taxation:
Vote Yes on CI-105
Montana homeowners already pay property taxes. But some politicains want property owners to pay a new Real Estate Transfer Tax -- an extra levied on property everytime it changes ownership. That’s taxing the same peice of property trice! Politicians have tried nine times in the past ten years to enact this double tax in Montana. The Montana Coalition to Prevent Taxation is working to pass a Constitutional Amendment to ban these Real Estate Transfer Tax once and for all.
