Damian Forrester’s journey is a blend of discipline, ambition, and heart. Raised in Brooklyn, he learned early to push through challenges, including earning his degree despite a learning disability. His drive led him into the Marine Corps, then into project management roles with MCI and the Department of Defense after completing his MSIT in Washington, D.C.

A chance trip to Cancun changed everything. That’s where he met his future wife, Nicole, a Montana native. After marrying and starting their life on the East Coast, the couple chose Billings as the place to raise their family. The move brought new opportunities, but also a major career shift. Damian stepped into real estate with no sales background and a lot on the line. With hustle and a strategic mindset, he built his reputation one relationship at a time—through networking, nonstop learning, and being present in the community.

His first year proved what determination can do. He closed 27 homes and laid the foundation for a career built on service and connection. In 2016, he became the first eXp Realty agent in Montana and later the designated managing broker.
