Damian stepped into real estate with no sales background and a lot on the line. With hustle and a strategic mindset, he built his reputation one relationship at a time—through networking, nonstop learning, and being present in the community.
His first year proved what determination can do. He closed 27 homes and laid the foundation for a career built on service and connection. In 2016, he became the first eXp Realty agent in Montana and later the designated managing broker.
